Running for beginners – I’ve been running on and off for more than a decade now, through my 20s and 30s, and while pregnant. Now I am discovering running with my kids!
I strive to follow a holistic lifestyle to feel as strong as possible. I don’t like tags, so I don’t follow any specific dietary restrictions, and I will try everything at least once!
Yoga holds a special place in my heart; it’s more than just exercise. I also find joy in practicing Pilates and hitting the gym for those energizing workouts.
